General Questions
What services do you offer?
Furniture moving, furniture transport, cargo moving, office relocation, piano moving, loader hire — 6 complete services.
Where do you operate?
We serve all of Tbilisi and all of Georgia — Batumi, Kutaisi, Gori, Zugdidi, Rustavi and all directions.
How soon can you arrive after calling?
For urgent cases — within 1–2 hours. Standard bookings — at the agreed time.
Can I book a same-day move?
Yes. For urgent requests we respond within 1–2 hours or less.
Prices & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card (Visa/MasterCard) and bank transfer. Payment is due after the job is completed.
Are there hidden fees?
No. We work with fully transparent pricing. All costs are stated upfront.
Can the price change?
The price may change only if unexpected circumstances arise (lift failure, additional items). We always notify you before any change.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. For companies we issue official tax invoices. For individuals — a receipt.
The Moving Process
Do you pack for us?
Yes, packing is available — bubble wrap, moving blankets, straps. It can be included in a package or priced separately.
Do you unpack at the destination?
Yes. We unload and place all items. On request we also help arrange the furniture.
What about buildings without a lift?
Our team works in lift-free buildings on any floor. Pricing differs slightly for this.
Do you offer storage?
We don't currently offer storage, but we can recommend trusted partners.
Client Guarantees
What if something is damaged?
All our moves are insured. In the event of damage, compensation is paid according to the insurance agreement.
Are you licensed?
Yes. AvejisGadatana is a fully licensed company.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation 24+ hours in advance is free. Less than 24 hours — a small fee applies.
